Fun in the sun is an understatement as we cruise to Nassau, Grand Bahama Island and their private island, Great Stirrup Cay from Miami. We will explore the colorful reefs, parasail, build a sandcastle with each other and even soak up some vitamin D. Haha!

When we land in Florida, we want to make sure that we will have a cozy place to sleep!

We will be in Washington, DC from June 27-July 1, 2009. Why not see to it that we have a place to stay during these 4 nights?

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

We are going to be very hungry when we wake up every morning. We will be in DC for four days and will need the energy to start these days...

We will choose from one of the many casual restaurants set on the beach. Then kick back and enjoy a local dish, the fun atmosphere, a refreshing cool drink, and great views.

We love steak!

What better way is there to end our day with a seafood dinner for two out in the city?

This will be the night that Kristen takes Karlton out...mmm, Mexican food. His FAVOURITE!

A table will be reserved for us at our favorite restaurant. We can choose from fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, juice and coffee. Give us the works we need our energy on our getaway.

After much sightseeing we are going to want to grab a bite to eat!! Mmm!

We love to spice things up! We'll pick the most fabulous Mexican food restaurant in town, reserve our table and savor South of the Border tacos, tamales and other authentic Mexican favorites all topped off with some fresh salsa. Ole!

At our favorite Steak House, we'll reserve a table so we can tantalize our tastebuds! We'll choose from an array of prime aged steaks, chops, bone-In New York, filet mignon, double pork chops and racks of lamb. All choices are grilled the classic way juicy, tender, with the flavors developed fully. This is a sanctuary for us steak aficionados. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.

Everytime I think about our trip to the Bahamas I can't help but imagine how fun it will be to buy things from the islands that will be keepsakes forever! We're hoping DC has some interesting things to buy, as well!

We will be on land for a total of 6 days. Two in Miama and 4 in DC. We want to make sure that we will be able to get from point A to point B!

Any help to get to and from our destination is a wonderful gift. We will be thanking you long after take off.
