We'll be taking a train ride to the base of Mt. Hood- winding through forests and over rivers! Very beautiful!

I'm making Youssef go White Water Rafting! I've always wanted to do this and now my dream can become a reality- and a reality for Youssef :)

On our drive back home we will be stopping in Napa Valley for a few days. The trip would not be complete without wine tasting! What better way to tour than riding on the bicycle through the beautiful countryside!

We will be traveling all over Oregon staying at different hotels.

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

At any desired Chinese food restaurant we'll reserve a table and savor the exotic flavors of Asian Cuisine. We may even use our chopsticks!

Thai food is dazzling and exotic. We will reserve a table to enjoy tantalizing dishes that will awake our taste buds as we dine on cuisine born out of artistry and ingenuity at our favorite restaurant!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

At our favorite Steak House, we'll reserve a table so we can tantalize our tastebuds! We'll choose from an array of prime aged steaks, chops, bone-In New York, filet mignon, double pork chops and racks of lamb. All choices are grilled the classic way juicy, tender, with the flavors developed fully. This is a sanctuary for us steak aficionados. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.

With so many ice cream parlors in town, we'll try everything from hot fudge sundaes to soft serve ice cream and thick milkshakes. Who cares about the diet on our fantastic getaway!

We will be driving to and fro from Oregon stopping in San Francisco and Napa Valley along the way. That's a lot of driving!
