FAQs
-What Time? :
We ask for all guests to be at the Pier at 10:00 a.m. to begin the check-in process so once the ship has cleared, we will be able to priority board before all other cruising passengers.
-Sailing Guests Vs Non Sailing Guests
Non-Sailing Guests: All non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. The couple submitted a guest list for all non-sailing guests including your names and date of birth.
You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. Non-sailing guests are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal.
Any Non-Sailing guests arriving after 12:00 p.m. may be unable to board the ship on time for the ceremony or may be subject to denied boarding.
Sailing Guests: All sailing guests should be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. Time permitting, sailing guests may have an opportunity to go to their stateroom, however, the cabin may not be ready. Only one hand-carry-on bag will be permitted for sailing guests and must fit through the security machine. (Luggage not to exceed 24” w x 16”h). All other bags must be checked with the Porters. Please ensure that you have everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will not see your checked bags until after the reception. Please ensure that all ticket documents have been completed prior to arrival at the pier to expedite check-in and have proper boarding documents available. If you lose your way, any Carnival Cruise Lines staff member can direct you.

For guests sailing, please provide your booking and cabin numbers for inclusion on the final guest list. Carnival will try to have your rooms prepared, but this cannot be guaranteed.
