When should I RSVP?
Please use the wedding website to RSVP as soon as you put your deposit down for your room. If you know for sure you won't be able to attend, please decline the invite through the wedding website RSVP tab also. This helps us keep track of who is and isn't attending the wedding.

Is early check-in available?
Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 12pm &Yes, however it is subject to availability. If you arrive early, you can go to the front desk and you will be provided with a wristband that gives you access to hotel grounds and restaurants. The staff will safeguard your luggage so you can go ahead and enjoy it. Then they will notify you when your room is ready.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
About 30 minutes.
How do I arrange transportation to & from the resort?

Is there a required deposit to reserve my room?
Yes, there is a $200, deposit due at the time of booking, for each room you book. Follow the booking link below to reserve your room.

When do I have to pay for my room in full?
Rooms are required to be paid in full by July 12, 2022.
Is there a required minimum night stay?
Yes. There is a 3 night required minimum stay.
Please keep in mind, a lot of guests are arriving that Wednesday & leaving that Saturday.
Rich & I will be leaving that Saturday also.
Can I stay at another hotel/resort and still attend the wedding?
Unfortunately no. If you do not stay at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana you will not be able to join us for our wedding.
Do I have to use your booking link to book my room at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana?
Yes.
Am I expected to stay with you & the rest of the guests the entire time I'm there?
While we would love to spend every day with all of you guys, we do understand that everyone is in desperate need of a vacation at this time. All we ask is that you dedicate the entire September 15 to us! Aside from that, if you decide to go on an excursion, have some alone time with your spouse, or even rest in the room that is completely up to you. We will be on the resort mingling and enjoying the beautiful weather.
How can I arrange tours outside the resort?
You may visit the Vacation Planners located near the lobby (From 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) and they can easily arrange tours for you. Fees apply depending on the tour.
Can I take the kids?
Yes, there is a setlist of amenities sure to please them all. From special room service menus just for children, to game rooms, organized family activities, and unique spaces just for teens like the Mini-Golf, Arcade, and Xtreme Center. Kids Club is exclusively designed for kids, included in their stay. They also have a nanny service if you need some alone time.
What is the dress code for the restaurants at night?
All restaurants require a casual dress code. Formal shorts or bermuda shorts, dress shirts, polo shirts, or formal sandals. (No wet clothes, visible bathing suit, or flip-flops.)
Is there a certain dress code for the wedding?
Yes. Formal attire is required for the wedding ceremony and reception, however, there are no specific colors. Please keep in mind the ceremony will be held on the beach, considering it doesn't rain. The reception will be indoors.
