 How do we book rooms?

Use the link below to book rooms at a group rate. These rates are ONLY available until (March 11, 2022) by mentioning that you are attending Viverretta Diaz Wedding. Please note guest may book rooms 45 days prior to wedding but rates may differ.

Make your reservation selecting travel dates, number of rooms required and number of guests. The next step will be to complete your personal information and payment method. In this last step a credit card info will be required to guarantee your room reservation. No payments will be necessary at this point it’s only to guarantee your room reservation. After you have done this last step, you will receive an email confirmation confirming your room reservation.
In case you require to make changes to your travel dates (arrive before or stay after travel dates) or upgrade your room to a next room category please contact our group coordinators for assistance: josedejesus.alonso@hyatt.com, karla.cruz@hyatt.com

Do we have to stay at the hotel in order to attend the wedding?

No. You may still attend the wedding if you are not a hotel guest. However, there is a fee. Please read the following  information below.

MANDATORY WEDDING DAY PASSES FOR NON HOTEL GUEST
Given that the Hotel is an all-inclusive resort. The cost is 150USD per non-Hotel guest attendee. Wedding day passes are effective thirty (30) minutes before the wedding ceremony scheduled time and are valid until the end of the wedding
reception (up to five (5) hours from the wedding ceremony scheduled time). Wedding attendees using a wedding day pass are welcome to use any bar available during their time at the Hotel (food at restaurants
excluded). If any non-Hotel guest wants to attend any of the other events planned by Client (other than the wedding),
such attendee shall purchase a regular hotel day pass for each day they want to enter the Hotel and attend.
