When is the deadline to RSVP for the Ceremony and Cruise?
Deadline to rsvp for the ceremony is November 15th. If the ship is not fully booked, you can book to sail to Nassau Bahamas anytime before December 16th. Try to book before all rooms sell out. Prices are very reasonable and they have flexible payment options.
What time must I board the ship?
It is highly encouraged that all attendees be at MiamiPort to board the ship by 930 am. The wedding manager will meet with everyone as a group at 10am for check-in. Please follow signage to Cruise Terminal D/E/F for Carnival Conquest. Any Non-sailing Guest that is happening to run late, if arriving after 11:30 am, you may be unable to board the ship. It is highly recommended to be at the designated area by 10am.
What day should I arrive in Miami?
It is highly encouraged to arrive a day early due to delayed flights and possible layovers. There is a list of different hotels near the airport under Travel.
Is there a charge to board the ship as a Non-sailing guest?
No. There are no charges to board the ship for all invited guest.
Can I board the ship for the ceremony only?
Yes. This wedding has the option for attendees to attend the ceremony only or the option to attend both the ceremony and sail to the Bahamas.
Do I need to be Vaccinated?
New update - Vaccination is not required for cruises that sail out for 15 days or less. Although there is no requirement now, they encourage all guest 5 years and older to take a pre-cruise test within 3 days if cruise.
What documents must I bring onboard for check-in?
Non-sailing Guest require full name, date of birth, drivers license/passport, and email. Sailing Guest must bring their travel documents and boarding passes acquired from online check-in. Sailing guest require full names, date of birth for any children ages 16 and younger, and the booking number
What is the best way to get to MiamiPort from Airport or Hotel?
The best way to get to MiamiPort is by way of Taxi, or Uber. Prices Vary. Some shuttles are included with hotel booking but they don't usually start until 10am. We must be already be at the Cruise terminal by 10 am.
Do I have to pay out of pocket for the buffet as a Non-sailing guest?
Prices are determined per person for Non-sailing guest. When rsvping, please mark if you will like to enjoy the buffet as a Non-sailing guest so that the couple can make arrangements for all attendees to enjoy the buffet. The couple will cover all cost. Accurate count is needed.
What time is the wedding?
The wedding start at 1:30pm. All attendees must be at MiamiPort by 10 am to board ship for check-in. Buffet will be available while waiting for ceremony.
Is there parking at MiamiPort if I drive?
Yes! There are various parking garages. Some information is available under TRAVEL on this wedding website to contact for pricing.
What are the wedding colors?
Champagne, White, and Rosegold
What is the dress code?
Dressy casual and comfortable or dressed to impress. Come picture ready!

Do I need a passport?
A passport is not required. You have the option to cruise with either your license & birth certificate, enhanced license, or passport.
