We are registered at JCPenney and on honeymoonwishes.com/adriannaandchristopher

We have gone through hundreds of options for our wedding, everything from private small ceremonies to huge extravagant events. And the one major deciding factor was cost. We were just unable to fathom the thought of spending thousands of dollars for an event that would last only moments, and we wanted something that would bring thousands of memories instead of debt. We wanted something spectacular but still low key. So we chose to have a very small, very quick ceremony in the happiest place on earth. Yes, we are eloping! We came to a decision that was best for us. Not only do we get one day for our wedding but we get to spend two more with our close family and friends in Disneyland. And we couldn't be happier with our decision. Disneyland is where our path truly started and we want to keep it a part of our union. We are sorry if our choice to elope upsets anyone. We want all of our friends and family to be able to join us for our special event but we know that just isnt possible, and that's ok.

The number one question we always get when we tell people about our plan, is "How will that work out? How do you get married in Disneyland?" Well let me explain: When we first came up with our idea, we called disneyland park and inquired about weddings in the park. For a starting price of $125,000 Disneyland will actually put on a wedding for us. The price nearly gave us a heart attack, so being sarcastic we asked about having a quick ceremony ourselves, and their answer is what started our whole idea.

We were told it is NOT against the rules for us to have a ceremony of our own in the park, BUT if it were to cause a crowd control issue they would have to step in. So how do we have our ceremony without causing a crowd control issue?? Simple, we plan it in a month where the park is least crowded, a day where it is least crowded and a time when it is least crowded. So we researched...alot. And decided to have our ceremony in April, on a Tuesday, during a magic morning.

We hope to have our very fast ceremony in front of the castle, in the same location where we were engaged. But if we do end up having a bit of a crowd, we will be moving it to the side of the castle next to Snow White's Wishing Well. The ceremony will be quick..and we really mean quick. If for any reason we are worried of causing any issues it will be as quick as one minute. We do not expect anyone to be there. We understand how tight money is these days. Please do not feel obligated to travel to be there. We dont want to inconvenience anyone. But if you do decide to join us we will be treating for dinner the night before (April 18) and you are more than welcome. (More details on dinner below)

Please do NOT come dressed in fancy clothes, especially for a ceremony lasting a few minutes. We dont want to cause too much attention for something we want to keep very private.  We also want everyone to be ready to have a fun comfortable time in DisneyLand.

After our ceremony we plan on changing into comfortable clothes as well and having a great time in the park. If you can come for any of the three days we will be thrilled to spend time with you! The night of the ceremony we plan on having dinner at The Blue Bayou inside of the Pirate of the Carribean. If you would like to be apart of that i will include a link below when i explain how we plan to book our trip.

We found that the cheapest way to book this was through Costco Travel. When you book with costco, included in your package is a hotel, tickets to Disneyland, a Character dining voucher for each person in group($65 value) Special Disney Pins, lanyards and one photo from one of the rides in the park. We also discovered it is cheaper when you book as a group. We will be staying at the Best Western Plus Pavillions on Katella ave. There is actually a Denny's in the parking lot of the hotel, and it is only a 8 minute walk to the park, but the ART does pick up in front of the hotel as well. I will post the link for costcotravel below. If you need any help with booking please email adrianna at adriannarosesnow@gmail.com

We are choosing to fly there but many would rather drive. But since we will be leaving to the carribean afterwards we would rather not have an 8 hour drive after our week honeymoon. So for our flights we actually got a Southwest Rapid rewards credit card to pay for all our expenses these past few months. And just by doing that we have acquired enough points to fly from Sacramento to Ontario for Disney and than from Ontario to Galveston TX and back to Sacramento for free. If you want to fly i would definately look into it!

As mentioned above we will be having dinner the night of our ceremony at the Blue Bayou restaurant inside of the Pirates of the Carribean ride on April 19th at 6:30pm. Below ill post the link for making reservations for dinner the night of the wedding below the costco link. We are unable to host this dinner. So please look at the menu online before booking reservation.
