Bill proposed on May 27, 2016 which was our 18 month anniversary.  Bill duplicated our first date, he took me to Texas Roadhouse, which is the restaurant from our first date and we even sat at the same booth then he took me to the top of Badger Mountain that gives a panoramic view of all of the Tri-Cities and that is where he proposal.  I was so shocked and excited.
