The rehearsal will be held at 4:00 pm at the Maitland Art Center (231 W. Packwood Ave Maitland, FL 32751). PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! We only have one hour to walk-thru all the important details. Dinner is scheduled for 5:30 pm at The Cheescake Factory, located at 520 N. Orlando Ave Winter Park, FL 32789 (407) 644-4220.

Our ceremony will be held in the main garden at the Maitland Art & History Museum (Maitland Art Center)*. The invitations say the ceremony begins at 3 pm, but due to high heat predictions, we have decided to move the ceremony start time to 5 pm. There is ample parking for everyone (including handicap parking) at the Art Center. The address is 231 W. Packwood Avenue Maitland, FL 32751.

*In the event of inclement weather, we will move the ceremony to our reception venue (Gallery J) so that nobody gets wet! After the ceremony, cocktails will be served at Gallery J Studios, located at 920 Belle Avenue, Suite 1300 Winter Springs, Florida 32708. The reception and dinner will be hosted at this same location, and is set to conclude at 10 pm. Each guest is included in buffet dinner and open bar for those 21+. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided openly as well.

We have blocked out 16 rooms at the Marriott Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland, located at 1750 Pembrook Drive Orlando, Florida 32810 (407)659-9100. Each room has a king size bed and queen size sleeper sofa, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Our reserved rate is $99/night, plus tax. If you would like to have a room at this location, please let me know how many rooms you will need and for how many nights, so I can make proper arrangements. This hotel is less than 10 minutes from both the ceremony and reception sites, so if you were planning on getting a hotel this would be the closest (and cheapest) option for you.

We will be having a post-wedding brunch at First Watch in Maitland Sunday morning at 11. The address is 1221 S Orlando Ave  Maitland, FL 32751. All guests are more than welcome to attend, but please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the reservation.
