At the time, I was bartending full time. I swore I would NEVER meet/date anyone from a bar. Then my opinion changed. I was off on a Friday night having drinks with the ladies. I was going to leave, but the talked me into staying. So glad I did!! Around 9 this tall, handsome and incredibly sexy man entered the bar. My heart stopped and I couldn't breath. I sent my friend Heidi a text saying "He looks delicious and smell yummy" As I hit send, she is handing the phone to the bartender who I know well. I wanted to die!!! He takes her phone and reads the message. He gives me the devilish look and turns to the hot guy, looks back at me and grins. I was so embarrassed. He then walks over and says Todd this is Becky, Becky this is Todd, why don't you guys move closer and get to know each other. I couldn't even say hello so I just smiled. There was an empty chair between us and I was NOT moving. I just wanted to curl up in a ball of embarrassment. After about 20 mins, he decided to buy the "Man haters" club a shot. I took that thing like it was my job I was so nervous. After a couple flirting smiles and giggles he finally moved over to talk. It's like everyone in the room disappeared and it was just us. We didn't actually go on an official date till October 19th when I went to dinner/haunted house for his neighbors birthday. After that night I knew this was something special. Finally after many years we are GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!
