Who would have thought that after many years since leaving high school, we would ever see each other again let alone fall in love? 

It started with a glance of a picture on social media by Derek one day. He saw a photo of Vicky and could not believe it was that same girl he had a crush on but was too shy to talk to. After getting her number and many conversations later, Derek asked Vicky on a date to go see a movie. Of course, in typical "guy fashion" he had to pick a scary one to see on a first date. After bringing Vicky home, Derek could not let the night end without a kiss and so he politely asked her if he could. Well that was all it took because from that moment on, they were inseparable and fell in love. 

For us, the place where we have chosen to tie the knot is a cozy and intimate location. Having the wedding here gives us an opportunity to share with everyone there, a small glimpse of the love we share for one another. Also, the venue is the perfect size so everyone in attendence will be able to view the ceremony up close and personal. 

It is time to party!! After the wedding ceremony, we are looking forward to celebrating our new lives as Mr. and Mrs. Herbert.

There will be great food, drinks, and of course dancing the night away to music provided by two of the coolest DJ's in Southern California. There is going to be nothing but fun and laughter at our non-stop party immediately following the ceremony.

Derek and I would like to thank all of our dearest family and friends for just being here for us. Each one of you in many ways has touched our lives and brought a smile to our faces whenever we see you. We cherish the friendships with all of you and most especially the love you give every day without effort.
