We have received an extension on our deposit date since the printing of our invitations and putting together this site.You now have until JANUARY 17, 2014 to provide your deposit!
We have reserved seats to fly with us departing on Thursday November 20, 2014 returning on Thursday November 27, 2014.

We have secured a limited amount of seats that are available on a first come basis so in order to secure your space at this rate you must provide a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.00 per person due no later than December 20, 2013.
The total ticket price for adults based on double occupancy for the Deluxe Room:
$1163 + 347.56 tax = $1510.56
For single occupancy, please add $621.00 to the above rate.
For triple occupancy: Reduce $45.00 per person.
The total ticket price for children:
(Age 2-3) $272 + 347.56 tax = $619.56
(Age 4-17) $650 + 347.56 tax = $997.56
The final payment is due by September 1, 2014.
I have only been able to reserve a limited amount of seats at this price so please book fast. After December 20, 2013, if you want join us, you will have to pay whatever the retail price is at that time which I would estimate around $2,000 a person.

In order to enter Mexico, you will require a valid passport with an expiration date of no less than 3 months from the date of travel. Should you require a new passport, please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time.
Also, to avoid security issue’s at the airport, it is important to provide your information at time of booking as stated on your passport including full name and date of birth.
We recommend purchasing insurance since we are booking so far in advance – please inquire with Julie for options and rates.
