We are so excited to take the next crazy step in our lives and actually make this thing official on August 22, 2020!

No matter if you are there in spirit or in person we thank each and every one of our friends and family for helping us make this day extremely special!!

You're here because you know one of us or both of us!! So here's a little bit about us you may or may not know!!

Brian Carpenter, originally from Newark, Ohio, is a graduate of Licking Valley High School and Ohio University. He is currently a Pilot with Frontier Airlines.

Jacci Penrose, originally from Bellefontaine, Ohio, is a graduate of Bellefontaine High School and Bowling Green State University. She is currently the Receiving Manager for Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Like most elder millennials and antisocial people, we met on a dating site in late May 2017, and quickly began dating in June 2017.

After two and a half years Brian popped the question after a particularly harrowing zip lining trip in Hocking Hills, Ohio on October 5th, 2019.

We wanted to introduce everyone in our bridal party so you know who is whom on the big day!! Please refer to your wedding program for an individual biography of each person!!

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at The Skylight in Newark located at 85 East Main Street, Newark, Ohio 43055.  The wedding starts promptly at 4pm.

There are numerous hotels and campgrounds in the Newark as well as Heath area. All are minutes from the venue.

RSVPs are due July 15, 2020 due to seating arrangements, catering requirements, and how much alcohol needs to be purchased by the venue to support the FIVE hour open bar (this should seal the deal right there and get your RSVP in ASAP).

We had to make a tough choice between having a large wedding that included all of our family and friends or a huge honeymoon immediately after the wedding. We chose to celebrate this day with family and friends and wait until 2021 to go on our honeymoon.  Don't worry we are taking a few days after the wedding away from home to recharge but for the most part we will be back at work quickly after the wedding!!

We will be taking our honeymoon in the Spring of 2021 and built this website in order for you to contribute to that trip!

Truth be told, we are both in our mid 30s. We have all the towels, pots, pans, dishes, and household decorations we need. We appreciate that you want to get us these items but we simply do not need them. We merged two households together and quite honestly, we have enough crap at home. What we value at this point in life is experiences! We are in the unique position of being able to travel the world for far less money than a majority of people and we want to see the world!!  We haven't narrowed down our honeymoon plans to anything except for the three "B's," beaches, bars, and blue water!
