Jasmyne & Collin met while working at Tsunami sushi bar in their mutual hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana. She a restaurant veteran and he a newly graduated culinary student, years went by as friends and after nearly three years of working together Collin took a job in the Caribbean. After a season of working in the islands Collin returned home to further his culinary education. Jasmyne had visited Collin a few times during his brief Caribbean sojourn and when he got back to Lafayette the two paired up for a mutual September birthday trip to a New Orleans Saints game... the Saints lost that game. Collin would have normally returned from such a trip reeling from the defeat his beloved Saints had suffered, but the weekend with Jasmyne had been one of his best ever. After that weekend in New Orleans the two decided to go from "best friends" to "more than friends." Happily they have remained BOTH to each other ever since... Collin proposed to Jasmyne on sun drenched Gibney Beach on the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands... watch the video here!!!
