Our story is unique and special to us and although we can't share all our detailed moments with you, here are the main highlights in the journey of us as a couple.

Dec. 18th 2012: Our dating histories had been pretty disasterous in the past, and as a last hopeless effort we had both decided to give the online dating trend a whirl around the same time. This was also quite a disaster and we had each considered throwing in the towel when Josh's profile caught Monica's attention during a last glance before deactivating her online dating account. It was very casual small talk to start with, and neither of us was expecting it to go anywhere since we'd both written off the online dating experience by then, but we instantly connected and sprawled into non-stop meaningful conversations quickly.

Jan 9th, 2013: We met face to face. We had a date planned but Monica was starting to freak out and wondered if it was going to be too good to be true, so Josh daringly told Monica he was walking over and it was her choice if she came out to meet him or not. He wanted to get the jitters out of the way so we could enjoy our date. Monica was in her pj's and totally caught off-guard, but decided what the heck, she'd better go. It was an incredible feeling, like living in a movie. Monica hugged him tight as soon as she saw him and was pretty speechless. Josh is a talker so we sat and mostly he talked while she stared at him in disbelief. We walked outside at midnight to say good bye and we just hugged for a long time which turned into a sort of slow dance in the driveway where we had our first kiss. We saw each other almost every day after that.

Oct 9th, 2013: Josh proposed and Monica said yes! He had his co-workers at the Olive Garden perform a flashmob dance routine around her while she waited for him to "grab something" so we could go out to dinner. Monica was totally surprised and impressed. A crowd had formed, some freinds and family attended, and he even had the event filmed; there were alot of happy tears that day.

We have been happily engaged ever since!

Our wedding ceremony will be held at the lovely Joseph Ambler Inn, a homestyle location which we both love and feel that it's cozy family oriented atmosphere is a reflection of our lifestyle together.  We will be married under a beatiful outdoor pavillion which will be surrounded by natural fall foliage in our favorite time of year.  We encourage our guests to choose a seat, not a side, as we celebrate the merging of two families into one.  We are so excited to share our marriage committment with all of you!

Our wedding reception will be held at the same location in the attached ballroom, which will have room for dancing, fun photo opportunities, and a brunch style buffet.  We encourage our guests to mingle and just have fun as our videographer captures the natural progression of our celebrated day with you.  We can't wait to celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives with you!

We want to say a special 'Thank You' to our parents, Catherine & Howard Tustin, MaryEllen & Donald Bennett, and Robert Toner; and our close freinds and family for supporting us both through this process, and with the rebuilding of our lives separately and together.  We love and appreciate you all so much!  Also a special thank you to our sister in-law Lisa Toner for coordinating and performing our ceremony music, to our brother in-law James Ketchum for coordinating and providing the officiation, to our neice Lily Ketchum for being the most adorable flower girl, and to our children Chase, Adrian, and Evan for being the most handsome ring bearers/escorts ever seen and for teaching us patience and unconditional love.
