Group rates apply for both Friday and Saturday night.  If you'd like to come in Thursday night, the hotel will honor the group rate for that night, as well, as long as they have availability.  *If you are notified that the room block is full or you don’t receive the correct rate, please email me at 2mlamb@gmail.com and I will make sure they open up more rooms in the block.*  

Shuttle service will be provided to and from Germania Place.  Going to the ceremony, the shuttle will run from 4:30-5:30pm.  The first shuttle will pick up at the DoubleTree Hilton at 4:30, then pick up guests at Hotel Indigo, then drop guests off at Germania Place.  From Germania Place, it will head back to the DoubleTree for another round.  Each full round should take 15-20 minutes, so there should be 3-4 trips total.  A loose schedule is as follows:

4:40pm Germania Place

4:50pm DoubleTree

4:55pm Hotel Indigo

5:00 Germania Place

5:10 Double Tree

5:15 Hotel Indigo

*Please note these are not exact times.  Travel time for the shuttle will vary per traffic and weather.  

The shuttle back to the hotels will be available starting at 10:30pm and run until 1:00am (last pick up 12:45am).  It will start when the first guest leaves at 10:30pm or later.  Each round trip will take 15-20 minutes.  It will stop at Hotel Indigo first, and then at the DoubleTree and will then head back to Germania Place to pick up the next guests.  

If you miss a shuttle, taxicabs should be readily available in boht directions.  

If you are travelling in by Amtrak or Air, public transportation and cabs are very reasonably priced.  The group rates at the hotels do not include parking, and hotel parking rates generally range from $25-45/day.  To find public transportation routes, go to https://maps.google.com and click on Get Directions and then click on the Train icon.  Put in your start and end destination and it will show you all of the public transportation options, including either bus or train.  Navigating around the city in cabs is also a very easy and economical option.
