We welcome you to join with us on this incredibly special day that we have both waited a long, long time for...God has truly blessed us with each other.  It is our faith in Jesus Christ that connected us from the start, and it is our Christian faith on which we will build our marriage.  

We each have a story at this point in life, but God has done great work using our pasts to connect us in the present.  He has tested us; refined us like silver (Psalm 66:10).  He has shaped us through our life experiences in to the people we are today.  And now, in our 40's, we are a match...At Last!

It all started in March 2012 on ChristianMingle.com.  Our first date was at Bacio, an Italian restaurant in Minnetonka, Minnesota on a warm, 70 degree day, warm enough for a sundress and sandals...unlike this year as we are wearing sweaters and jackets in June here in Minneapolis!

At the end of our first date, Paul asked Natalie if she would accept a rose he offered to her...the rest is history!

Paul proposed to Natalie on March 15, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois at the Signature Room on the 95th floor of the John Hancock building.  He carefully planned the evening with a rose on her plate (note significance from the first date!), a customized menu for Natalie (see attached picture), champagne...then nothing!  Paul made sure that his lady was thoroughly confused before his ultimate move a few hours later - the dessert...with a lid!  Paul did lose a little thunder when Natalie didn't realize the dessert had a lid on it and she requested silverware before taking a closer look (with some guidance!) at the chocolate delight!  Oh, my!!!!
