We grew up in each others lives, seeing each other once a year at Thanksgiving. Our parents have been friends for many years, even before either of us were born. 27 years later we spoke to each other for the first time. Dinner plans were made, dinner turned into dating, and dating turned into the wonderful event you are about to attend.
