Timing is everything.....this truly applies to how Chad and I's paths crossed.  My maid of honor's boyfriend was playing at Rudz that night with World's Most Dangerous.  I was tired and didn't feel like going out but wanted to see my girl Christine.  Chad was at home debating whether he wanted to venture out but it was John Bonin's birthday so he decided to head to Rudz.  As Christine and I were outside on the patio we saw this Tim McGraw look a like strutting down the sidewalk in a black cowboy hat. (Yes I think Staying Alive music was playing)  I asked Christine if she saw what I saw....we headed inside to check this out.  It didn't take long to spot him inside and as much as I tried to do the stare down he wasn't looking my way.  As Christine and I are trying to will him our way John's girlfriend Sarah came over to find out what we were up to.  Sarah was like "that's Chad!....want to meet him?"  Off she goes and brings him over...the rest is history.  Never did I think that night I  would meet someone that would steal my heart with a simple hello.  Christine and Sarah were such a big reason this wedding is happening and we are so blessed that they will be with us on our special day.  Sadly we lost John a few months ago and the hole it has left in our heart is huge.  He used to tell us "I'm a big part of "this" happening"...We will miss his laugh and big ol hugs but we will carry him in our hearts on our wedding day knowing he is celebrating with us from up above.

Our ceremony and reception will be at The House of Blues in downtown Houston.  1204 Caroline Street. Houston, TX  77002.  Please enter on Dallas Street for the Foundation Room entrance.  The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm.  map

The reception will be held immediately after the  ceremony in the Bronze Peacock Room. Dinner, drinks and Rock n Roll will be served!
