Welcome

Tyrone and I met at Virginia Beach during the summer of 2007. We were both there alone but very quickly made our presence known to each other and through hours of conversation found that we had many things in common. We both loved our families dearly, especially our grandchildren, he has 4 children and 9 grands and I have 3 children and 8 grands. Tyrone asked me to have lunch, then dinner, then asked me to meet him the next morning for breakfast. After discovering that we had so much in common we also felt that we could not make a long distance relationship work and agreed to be just friends. Through the years we have maintained a very cordial relationship, just checking in to see how each other we're doing until Feb 2013 when he called to say he was coming to North Carolina in March and wanted to stop by for a  visit. One look at each other and the rest is history.  We knew that God had intervened in our lives and put us in the path of the one we had been looking for. Tyrone said "I let you get away from me one time but that won't happen again. I am so glad he stopped by! When you let go , and let God! He will put the right person in your life at the right time! Our Time! That's our story!

We met at Virginia Beach on the beach so we decided that we wanted to go back to the beach to seal our covenant with each other as we start this chapter of our life. With our families being the center of our joy and the important role that they play in our lives, we wanted to share this moment with them. So we decided that a beach wedding on the water where we met was very appropriate. It will be a time for our families to bond together and build a relationship for us to build on.

Tyrone asked where I would like to go and the one place that has been on my 'lived List' for as long as I can remember is Tahiti. Of all the places in the world Tahiti is at the top of my list to share with someone special. We are both looking forward to honeymooning in Tahiti And would like to thank all of our family and friends for helping to make that dream come true.

Thank you for visiting our wedding website and honeymoon registry. You all have blessed our lives and helped us to write this next chapter of life and living the way God intended it to be and we thank each of you.
