John proposed to me at my parents home in front of my family instead of a quite intimate surrounding. The outcome of this proposal may not have been what he expected considering the outburst of joy from my family.  He was completely lost for words as my family begin to celebrate.  Regardless of the sequence of events "I said yes" and now we are planning our nuptuials.
