A week before Sarah's second deployment in 2007, her and her friend Teri went to Pure Country in Sparks, NV to have a few drinks and hear some music. As it was time to leave, Sarah saw this handsome man sitting by the door, so she started talking to him. After conversation, she gave him her number and found her friend Teri outside walking through Jimboys drive thru (ooohhh Jimboys) and told her and Eric and his friend that she would drive them through. Afterwards she proceeded to her house, and Eric said "you don't have to kidnap us"...LOL...we hung out, and a few hours later returned them to their truck. The next night, Eric called Sarah and asked her if she wanted to have dinner sometime. So they met up and hung out together for about 5 days and then she deployed out to Iraq. They continued to talk for months through her deployment and when she returned he had been transferred to Santa Maria, CA and she came down to visit. After a few weeks of visiting, Sarah found a job with a Natioinal Guard unit there and moved.
She inherited 3 wonderful children...Ashley, Victoria and Eric
In 2011, they had a child of their own...Joey Patrick.
Still settled in Santa Maria..
