After meeting in high school, Carrie and Jon quickly became the best of friends, and this eventually blossommed into something much more. Almost immediately Carrie became part of the Swann family, as they fell for her warm smile and gentle heart. The Chisholm family also opened their hearts to Jon and treated him like a son and brother. In this spirit, both Carrie and Jon would like to invite you all to come celebrate this day with us, and witness our two families being united as one.

Our wedding will take place on Saturday the 6 of October, 2007 at the scenic Chateau Cartier in Gatineau at 4:00 pm. Weather permitting, we will be celebrating this event outdoors in a gazebo, in the midst of the radiant colours of autumn.

After the ceremony, the celebration will continue at the resort at 6:30 pm. Cocktails will be available immediately, followed by dinner at 7:00 pm. In order to accommodate everyone's tastes we have decided to arrange for a buffet-style meal, in which there are many sumptuous options available for eveyone's palate.

We would like to thank everyone for coming together to celebrate our wedding with us. We look forward to spending this special day with all our friends and family, and want you to all be there to bear witness as we embark on this new path together.
