The two of us have known one another for approximately seven years. We began as really great friends before I finally went against my better judgment and decided to let him take me out for a date, and as you can tell by this announcement it has gone pretty well since. We’ve had our good times and definitely our bad ones. However, we stayed strong and worked together and the rest is history. Four years later I find myself being proposed to on Time Square in New York City. I was extremely surprised and filled with awe. I can say that between the proposal and the ring, he must have learned something in the past few years. My sister was with us and she taped the entire proposal. Then the wedding planning began.

We are getting married on April 5, 2008. The theme …. well you are going to have to be in attendance to find that out but, we have chosen chose champagne and black as our colors. Our bridal party consists of four bridesmaids and groomsmen, three flower girls, and a ring barer. Both parties will be escorted to and from the weeding by way of limousine. We are expecting in the neighborhood of 150 guests. The ceremony will be held at Blessed Trinity Catholic church at 7:30 p.m., and it will be lead by Father Pat. We chose Father Pat because he has been my priest since I was a little girl. Our photographer is Russell Martin, who takes extraordinary pictures. After the ceremony we will again be escorted by limousine to the reception.

Our reception will be held at The Ocala Hilton. It will start around 8:15 and last into the late hours of the night. There will be lots of dancing and food. The dinner will be buffet style, with a wide variety of exquisite cuisines. The cake will be made by the extremely artistic Pam Greenwell, the music will be provided by Times of Your Life DJ, and will be beautifully decorated by Beautiful Moments. The bride and groom have reserved the presidential suite for the evening which I am sure you would agree is a newlywed’s dream come true. It is equipped with a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, a living room, two plasma televisions, and a huge bathroom separated from the rest of the suite with Chinese style doors. Also, included with the suite is champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and brunch the next morning. All and all, a decent place to lay ones head for the night.

All relationships go through their rocky periods. But no matter what or who tries to get in you’re way, you must stay strong and work through it together. Communication is a must in order to have a healthy relationship. And always remember that family comes first, therefore each partner should develop a healthy and trusting relationship with the other’s family, which both of us have had the blessing of accomplishing. I would definitely like to thank everyone ahead of time for your help in making this possible. As soon as I met this woman I knew she was the one for me and I also knew that if the day came, and she would have me, I was going to then spend the rest of my life trying to give her everything that she deserves. Needless to say I believe it is not only going to be joyous, but also a time to remember for the rest of our lives. When she told me she wanted Hawaii for the honeymoon I knew that is exactly what I wanted to give her.
