We met through a mutual friend while attending college at CSU, Chico. Our friend, Elizabyth, moved out of state after a couple of years and left us both worried that we wouldn't see each other much anymore with our "excuse" to hang out together now living in AZ. Luckily, Elizabyth left us with her stack of 2-for-1 margarita coupons for our local favorite Mexican restaurant; after a bit of "liquid courage" one night we spilled the beans that we really liked each other and wanted to be more than friends. The rest is history!

We chose to get married in Chico, CA because it is where we met and fell in love. A large portion of our friends attended CSUC as well, so we thought it would give the party a great alumni vibe.

We are having our reception at the Arroyo Room; it is a beautiful ballroom that we are very excited to share with everyone.

Chico has a small airport that can accommodate guests who would like to fly instead of drive. Chico is located 85 minutes north of Sacramento and 90 minutes South of Redding in the California Valley; It is approachable from both directions on HWY 99.
