While not your typical "love at first sight" story, when Dale and I first met we knew our paths were destined to have crossed. Enjoying many of the same likes, dislikes, activities, pasttimes and each others company, we formed an immediate friendship. A few weeks later, we were spending almost all our free time together and falling for each other. I had found my soul's counterpoint in another. After about a year and a half of dating, I started hinting at the idea of marriage, but Dale was having no part of it. For weeks he had been trying to convince me that all we needed was love! Not a piece of paper saying so. Finally, I reluctantly resigned myself to the fact that we would not be getting married anytime soon... or so I thought. To my surprise, he had been planning the whole thing all along! He was setting me up for the biggest surprise of my life. After a nice dinner out, with no idea it was coming, he romantically dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him. I almost fainted, and was certain I was hallucinating. But no, it was true, he asked me to be his wife, and I gladly accepted. We are as happy together today as we were two years ago and will be for the rest of our lives together.

Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be guided by the Cheshire Cat to the mad tea party reception in the Sunset Room.
