We met four years ago at the Wannanmaker Water Park while I was working off duty. We became friends and kept in touch periodically through the years. On May 3, 2007 we started hanging out and we hit it off like never before. Sheila was present on 2-14-08 at a drug interdiction conference in NC where I intended to ask for her hand in marriage. During a raffle, a fake number was called that was in her raffle tickets. She came up on stage and in front of 500 police officers, she thought she'd won a prize but won me instead. (She is still trying to trade me for that prize). Sheila has three children Addie 12, Austin 10 and Kalee 9. They are awesome and my love for them is unconditional.

The wedding will be on Folly Beach on the beach at the pier. The wedding will be on Saturday, July 5th, 2008 at sunrise (6:15 am). The attire is beach casual as we will be on the beach so shorts and no shirt is fine. Ladies, Folly is liberal, but you have to wear a top. It is NOT MANDATORY for you to show up at the beach but the party after is a must.

(RECEPTION PART #1) The reception will kick off at 2 PM at 5817 Campbell Street in Hanahan. This is the F.O.P. Lodge and is behind the Hanahan Police Station. We will have Air Conditioning and over 100 lbs of smoked pig and fixin's. We will have dancing (breakdancing) and of course a DJ and wedding rituals like cutting the cake, Sheila getting cake smashed in her eye, Shawn getting slapped in the eye, Shawn crying and pouting about Sheila getting cake in Shawns eye and so on. We are providing a couple kegs and a lot of liqour, free of charge.

(RECEPTION PART #2) This will be the kick off for the after party less than a mile away around 5:30 PM. Sheila's castle is across from the Hanahan High School (1049 Riverview Dr) where she resides on a 1.25 acre ranch. We will have games (beer pong, corn hole, horse shoes and so on) more alcohol and a lot of late night fun. This will start at 6 PM and last till you leave or 12 Midnight. WE WILL PROVIDE A SOBER DRIVER WITH A VAN TO DRIVE ANYONE HOME WITHIN A 30 MINUTE RADIUS..

We are going on a 7 day Carnival Cruise into the Bahamas. We will return and have a 3 day adventure in St Augustine Florida. We will be leaving on Sunday July 6th. Sheila might not return if she doesn't behave.

We are very happy and the kids are counting down the days unitl I move in. I (Shawn) have no idea how I got such a caring, all around beautiful woman to marry me. She also lets me think I am right sometimes. I am very excited and I am moving in with Sheila in Hanahan and will be renting my house out. Sheila loves people like I and we hope to have our friends and family over often. (Tried to make a key for all my friends but Sheila said no). I also want you to know that we hope to add a little Shawn (Police Cadet) in the near future.

AFTER SOME THOUGHT, IT WAS DECIDED THAT SHEILA WANTS AN AWESOME HONEYMOON MORE THAN ANYTHING. FOR MORE THAN THE LAST 3 YEARS, SHEILA HAS RAISED HER 3 KIDS, STAYED IN CHURCH AND TAUGHT AEROBICS ALL WHILE MAINTAINING A NEAR PERFECT HOUSEHOLD AS A SINGLE PARENT. SHE IS AMAZING AND THIS HONEYMOON WILL BE A DREAM COME TRUE. THIS WEB SITE IS NEAT BECAUSE IT LETS OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY DICTATE WHAT WE WILL DO ON OUR HONEYMOOON.
