We met in June 2007 in Omaha, Nebraska. Why Omaha? Well, we met in person in June 2007, however began getting to know one another in May 2007, thanks to the infamous internet. That's right, we're an internet couple! We met one night and chatted for hours and that was only the beginning! Many hours on the phone and late nights led us to meet one another and attempt a long-distance relationship. Both of us visited each other in our homes of Olathe, KS and Fort Collins, CO, and met each others' families and friends. After six months of long-distance dating, it was time to see how life would be like living near one another. Jen moved to Gardner, KS in January 2008 and the rest is history! Learning how to live a life together was new, fun and exciting. We naturally began to plan a future together and lo and behold, Thanksgiving night Andrew planned a wonderfully romantic marriage proposal to which Jen eagerly accepted. In the years following our wedding, we plan to buy a home, start a family and a new business serving the Gardner community.

Our wedding will take place at Jen's father's house in Wellington, CO. The ceremony will take place in the front yard with picturesque views of the mountains and lakes.
Wellington is located 10 miles north of Fort Collins, CO. The easiest way to travel to Wellington is by taking I-25 North to the Wellington exit. Turn left (west) onto Main St. Follow Main St. through town and continue west when the road curves to the south just outside of town. At the stop sign, go straight (west). Turn left (south) at the 'T'. The house will be located on the left (east) side about 1/4 of a mile down; it is cream with green trim.
Dressy casual attire is appropriate, and due to the location of the ceremony and reception, high heeled shoes are not advised.
Plenty of parking will be available on the property.

The reception will be held immediately following the ceremony on the other side of the house. Dinner will be served, and there will be dancing to follow the meal.

First and foremost, for our traveling guests, a block of rooms have been reserved at the Day's Inn in Wellington. The rooms are under Jen's name for $69 per night. These rates are available Friday, September 11th, and Saturday, September 12th. Please reserve your room by August 21st. The contact information is:
Day's Inn
7860 6th St
Wellington, CO 80549
(970) 568-0444.
If you will be flying, Denver International Airport is ideal. Frontier and Southwest Airlines are both hubbed in Denver, which makes their rates usually very reasonable. The airport is approximately 70 miles from Wellington.
There are many things to do in Northern Colorado during your stay. Below are a few ideas:
Budweiser Brewery, New Belgium Brewing Company, outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and walking, Rockies games (Denver), Symphonies and plays (check out the Lincoln Center for details), Shopping (Old Town is unique and historic).
