Our Story

If you have made your way to this registery, you are obviously already acquainted with us. We are DJ, Alex, and Reese. We recently heard a statistic: currently one out of every eight married couples met online. Well, add us into that statistic. In August of 2007 DJ sent a seemingly harmless Myspace message to a beautiful girl that happened to live not far from his home. Her name was Alex. DJ had never contacted someone via the internet before, and Alex had never opened a message from someone she did not know. But apparently, The Fates were hard at work for us. Alex opened this message, and she liked the sweet words that she read. She replied and as they say in fairytales, the rest is history. Well, not actually. Like anyone, we have had our ups and downs too. But we have been lucky. Everything we have lived through in the past couple years has only brought us closer. We feel very lucky to have found one another, and so happy that the three of us are such a wonderful family. We cannot wait to begin our life together.
