Our Story

Dan and Shannon met through their mutual friend Dave Smith in February 2008. They were introduced via email. Dan and Shannon had their first phone conversation on Valentine's Day 2008 and the first date shortly after that on February 18th. Dan and Shannon felt an instant connection for each other and fell in love. Dan proposed to Shannon on July 7, 2009. Shannon was already home when Dan arrived home from his parent's house. He got down on one knee and told Shannon how much he loved her and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. They are now planning the wedding of their dreams and they created this website so they could share their story and their wedding planning with you.
