Jermell and Renee met March 24, 2006 in downtown Richmond. It was a night to remember! Neither one of them wanted to go out that Friday night, Jermell's friend Winston and Renee's friend, Rebecca both were constantly asking earlier that evening to hang out. The nice people that they are, they both decided to hang out with there close friends. Who would have thought, that night they would have found each other. As Jermell describes it, Renee was dancing with the "predator", a young man with dread locks. Renee would dispute that by saying Jermell was eyeing her across the room, checking out her dance moves. When Jermell turned around for a second, he noticed that Renee had left the dance floor. He searched high and low for Renee. When going to the second level of the bar, he saw Renee coming from the bathroom and at that point he knew he had to make a move. But instead of Jermell making the move, Winston asked Renee to dance. Renee accepted his invitation to the dance floor. After 1 dance, Jermell asked Renee to dance. After the dance, Jermell and Renee found a somewhat quiet place to talk away from the loud music at a table. They talked until the bar/club closed. The rest is history.

Our wedding is scheduled for June 16, 2010 around 5:30pm on the sunny Grape Tree Beach at the Divi Carina Bay Resort in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. The wedding party consists of The Bride (Renee Frye), The Groom (Jermell White), and The Flower Girl (Coryn White). The wedding colors will be pink, white, and silver. All guests are encouraged to wear pastel colors or floral prints to the wedding (no white, ivory, pink, or silver please) and no shoes on the beach. Wedding photos will be taken after the ceremony and wedding cake and champagne will be served after the wedding.
