Our Story

Just living our love song has been our theme since the moment we met. We never had an official day of when we started being together. We just went by July 23, 2005 since that was the first time we kissed. We went through a lot of trials within the first year. Both wanting to be with each other, but at the same time scared of the commitment we knew would happen.

We both love the outdoors and really any type of music. We are more opposites than a like, but it keeps the adventure worth while. We are best friends and have the best communication with one another than ever thought possible. It's hard to stay mad at someone when all they know how to do is make you smile.

There were people on both sides that thought we shouldn't be together, but both of us being stubborn, would not listen. Here we are 4 years later getting ready to start a family. Brian had asked me on February 12, 2009 to be his wife; of course I said yes! I had always told Brian that if we did ever get married, it would be July 23, 2011. This way he couldn't have an excuse to forget our anniversary.

Now that we were engaged, he told me that he couldn't wait till 2011 and instead needed to be July 24, 2010. "Since we are taking the next step, it should be the next day" he said. He can be so romantic when he wants to be!

The months are getting closer to our first day as man and wife. We look forward to the new adventure we are about to lead and the up's and down's that will be coming with it.
