Our Story
(Stephanie) I can still remember the first time I saw Mark, standing on the football field during track practice at Cordova High in 1999. At the time, I was on the pom squad running my daily laps with Kristen. Once I noticed him, I told Kristen that I had to meet him. Later that afternoon Kristen and I decided to go to Wendy’s for a snack, and just so happened that Mark was there also. I didn’t know this at the time, but Kristen had slipped him my number and told him to call me. Lucky me, my phone rang that night, and we went on our first date to the movies...Later on that year Mark and I separated until a few years ago. I never dreamed that I would marry my high school sweetheart. I am finally getting my fairytale that I have always dreamed of. I can not wait to build a family and a lifetime with this amazing man!
(Mark) I couldn't be happier that Stephanie and I are getting married! Ever since I first met Stephanie, I've always known she was my one true love. I am so thankful that God has led our paths back to each other. Stephanie is my everything. I am ready for a lifetime to try and show her what she means to me! I look forward to starting a family and hopefully growing very old together!

Mark and I decided to rent a cabin in Galtinburg, TN for the weekend before Christmas. I absolutely love Christmas lights and snow, so I thought that this would be the perfect time to go. After we arrived at our beautiful cabin on Friday, it started snowing :) I decided to take a bath, and relax while Mark finished unpacking. After I got out of the bath, I put my robe and rain boots on ;) because Mark asked me to come out on the balcony to see the snow. The view was absolutely breathtaking!
When I turned to look at Mark, he was down on one knee...explaining his love for me. Then he asked me to be his wife! Of course I said YES!!!
Our Wedding
Our ceremony will be located on the beach, with sand between our toes ;) on August 18, 2010 at 10a.m.
