Our Wedding
We will have our destination wedding in a beachfront gazebo located at Dreams Cancun Resort in Mexico. It will begin at 5:00 pm. It will be followed by a cocktail hour with live music and hors d' oeuvres. Then we will have a reception on the beach with a live DJ providing entertainment. This will include a fabulous dinner and open bar for all of our guests. It should be a night to remember!! :)
For those that are unable to eat, drink and be with us when we get married...we will be holding an at home reception at a later date to share the wedding DVD and photos. More details will be posted in the near future. Please continue to check the website for further information. :)
Travel Arrangements
Nick and I have been working with TripSurfer Vacations as our travel agency. Our travel agent and the owner is Tami Pruitt. Below are the rates that I have received from Tami as of February 6, 2010.
Please note prices are SUBJECT to change until you have booked your trip prices are not set. These prices are as of 02/06/10. As you get ready to book your trip we can get the most up to date pricing from the travel agent.
Dreams Cancun Resort Prices
These prices are for two adults. Children under 12 stay for free (plus taxes and fees).
Prices include airfare, hotel stay, and all you can eat and drink (including alcohol) !! :)
Below are package rates for two people sharing a room, roundtrip air from Houston, roundtrip shuttle, all inclusive at Dreams Cancun with all taxes.
IAH airport on Continental Air thru AppleVacations:
2 nights $ 1128/ Oceanview $1158
3 nights $ 1328/ Oceanview $1398
4 nights $ 1568/ Oceanview $1648
I realize some people will be flying out of different locations such as Shreveport and maybe Dallas, but the price will just fluctuate a little. Tami will be able to provide exact pricing when you are ready to book.
Deposits
*Deposits are required to book your trip at the prices given at the time of booking. Deposits will vary depending on the price of your trip.
Total Payment Due
Trip must be paid in full 45 days prior to departure.
Insurance
If you are interested in insurance it would be roughly $100/person. Insurance will allow you to cancel your trip.

When calling to book she will need full legal names that are on your passports and the date of birth of all guests traveling.

Since we already have every household item there possibly is, we figured why not have an extra luxurious and relaxing honeymoon! So instead of doing a traditional registry at a department store and picking out pots and pans, etc. we decided to do a honeymoon registry instead. :) See you all at the wedding.
