It was the summer of 1997 when a common friend of ours introduced us. We instantly became friends! Shortly after we discovered our friendship had turned into something more…so we bought our first home and began talking and making plans for the future together. On April 15th I was taking the day off with my best friend Jenn to do some shopping, while I was getting ready Joe ran to Starbucks. As he handed me my tuxedo iced mocha and walked away. I noticed this bling around my straw…I yelled for Joe. He walked back up the stairs and asked me “will you marry me?" I said "Yes" and hugged him and cried! Wedding plans went underway immediately.

With the help of family and friends we plan to be married on Saturday, June 24th 2006.
