Our Story
It was a long and dusty road. There I was, on my 30th mile of walking - barefoot, bleeding and my ankles full of snakebites, when she rounded the distant bend on her fiery red Harley, flames shooting out of the exhaust pipe. When she saw the bent over figure barely standing on the side of the road, she knew she had to stop and offer some sort of assistance. After all, she was in the medical field and it was her duty, she thought to herself.
"Hey there," she said as she pulled off her helmet and shades. "You look like you've been to hell and back. That's no fun."
As I glanced up, I squinted at the glare of the sun that was just behind her, casting an unimaginable silhouette making her look like an angel. And just one thought came to me and one I could not just keep to myself.
"You're one hot angel," I muttered, trying to catch my breath. "Can I snatch a ride on those wings?"
The biggest and brightest smile crept across her face as she nodded toward the empty seat over her shoulder.
"Hop on bruised little bee," she said through the smile that remained glued to her angelic face. "Let's fly over and beyond that horizon there and see what we can get into."
I climbed on staggeringly and wrapped my arms around her waist, laying my head between her shoulder blades as she kicked the starter towards the earth.
"That sounds good to me," I said, "so good to me....."

A Special Message From Us
Thank you so much for helping to make our honeymoon dreams come true! We already have many of the things that are needed to start a life together, but we don’t have the means to do everything we wanted to do on a honeymoon. With your help we will enjoy something special that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. We are extremely excited to be able to have this time together for some much needed R&R!! We can't wait for the "big day" and especially sharing it with all of you. October here we come!
