We met almost 6 years ago through a mutual friend...from the moment we met everything just clicked...after about 6 months of dating the kids were introduced to the relationship...a big adjustment to single bachelor life for Greg but we made it through..we have been through more then most married people in the last 6 years.we have done it all backwards..the birth of our son, building a house and dealing with my up and down health...we seem to pull through each difficult situation a little stronger then when we started... The Proposal--- we like to go to Cove Haven in the Poconos..we were there for a lil weekend getaway..its a couples only resort and each evening there is dinner and live entertainment in which they often times give away Champagne, shirts etc..so in the middle of the entertainment they took a break to have a give away...they were giving away a bottle of Champagne...and to our surprise our room number was called..we go on stage in front of at least 200 people and we are asked our names and what brings us to the Poconos...so while I'm talking with the Entertainment coordinator Greg gets down on one knee and get the mic and asks me to marry him...I had no idea that he was even planning this I was shocked...they kept us on stage to dance to a song (Keith Sweat-Nobody)..Greg once again took the mic and sang a little bit of the song too (had all the women in the audience going) it was a great weekend...and so our wedding planning began ... we are so excited for our big day..(and the honeymoon in Fiji)!!! Thanks again for sharing our special day with us!!

The wedding will be held at the Crowne Plaza at 4:00 PM June 11th...we wanted to get married on a beach but it would be hard to not have been able to share our special day with our kids, family and friends..so we are having a tropical beach themed wedding ...we will bring the tropics to Wyomissing. We will be having a traditional ceremony with a family unity sand ceremony to incorporate each of the children into our special day.

The cocktail hour and reception will follow the ceremony also at the Crowne Plaza...bring your dancing shoes and get ready to enjoy the sounds of the islands with a Steel Drum Band. The reception will be until 11:00 PM with lots of fun and excitement planned for the evening.

....and if you have a lil to much to fun and a lil to much to drink the Crowne Plaza will have a block of rooms avaliable there to stay and be safe...let them know if possible in advance and they will reserve a room for you at a special rate...(just mention that you will be there for the Kotay/Ferrandino wedding)
