We met on the night of August 28, 2012 at Sherlock's Pub. Matt was out with one of his good friends, Mark, grabbing a drink before headed home and I was at a co-workers 21st birthday! Mark decided he wanted to join in the birthday celebration and came and sat at our table. Matt stood a little ways back making sure his friend didn't do anything too embarrassing for himself, but eventually came up and joined us. Matt and I hadn't said a word to each other when he said it was time for him to head home. I thought he was cute and didn't want him to leave so I told him he should stay, and he did!
Matt stayed the rest of the night talking to me, and didn't leave until the bar closed, even though he knew he had to be up for work at 5 am! He came to visit me at work the next day, and we haven't spent a day apart since!!! |
On November 2, our casual yet romantic ceremony will be held in my uncle's beautiful garden backyard. With a grand staircase as my aisle, we will be surounded by grape vines and sunflowers, making everyone feel like they have traveled to Tuscany! It's only a matter of time until I put on my wedding gown and become Mrs. Matt Curry! |
Our reception will be fun & fabulous! Please join us and travel to "vintage Tuscany" to help celebrate our new lives as Mr. and Mrs. Curry! There will be good food, wine, dancing, and good times for all! Our wedding reception will immediately follow our ceremony and is being held at St. John's Episcopal church in La Porte. |
