We met almost 5 years ago on September 14, 2011 here in San Diego, while Laura was working at the Tilted Kilt. Travis had been there a few weeks prior with his mom and younger brother Preston and Laura was their waitress. Travis's mom kept trying to get him to talk to her, needless to say he was at that moment too embarrassed, so he returned on the 14th of September with the sole purpose of seeing her. That day at the Tilted Kilt changed their lives forever, as Laura and Travis got to talking, they exchanged numbers and the following day, September 15, went on their first date...and have been together ever since!! |
