Today we went Cake Tasting! We tried all kinds of delicioius cakes from Lemon to chocolate to vanilla to one of our all time favorites, red velvet! Yummy! We chose to take a slightly different route and will not be having the typical wedding cake that you all are probably used to but we're sure that you will Love it, just stay tuned......

So, I was browsing online for the perfect wedding shoe for months. I finally came across a pair that I fell in Love with and to top it off, they are from Betsey Johnson's shoe collection called "Something Blue!" Perfect Right?! Only problem was they were $150 and the frugal, thrifty, bargain shopper in me just wouldn't allow me to spend $150 on these perfect shoes. So I waited...... and waited.....  and today I found them in David's Bridal for $59.99! They were the last pair and they were my size so I knew it was meant to be! So, I took them to the register and they rung up for $29.99!!! I'm ecstatic! Can't wait for you all to see them!!

Putting the wedding invitations together! It's a lot of work but it's worth it! Just 4 more months until we say 'I Do!'

So, I wanted to do a separate bridal shoot, because I thought it would be really nice,  but it just wasn't in the budget. After Tae and I did the engagement shoot, our photographer asked me to model in a bridal shoot for a business venture that he had coming up. So, he linked me up with the hair dresser, make up artist, dress designer and wallah..... Free Bridal Shoot! LoL! It was a wonderful experience and I had so much fun doing the shoot! I got a chance to work with other models and network with some great people. I'll be sure to update the site with the professional pictures when I receive them! Stay tuned.......

Today we are having our engagement shoot! We're happy, tired, excited and exhausted all in one. LoL! We're starting the shoot off in all white, at sunrise, on the rooftop of the Beacon Hotel in Washington, DC.

We'll get a little break this afternoon and then we will complete the shoot in all black, in Georgetown around sunset.

Had to stop in Jared's to have my ring inspected..... why not try on some Wedding Bands while I'm here? I really like this one but Tae's not impressed. LoL!

I’m in the fabric store, with the designer, picking out the fabric for my dress. I’m so excited! I can't show you which fabric I chose because it's a surprise. You'll have to wait until the wedding day to see it but it will definitely be worth the wait!

Up until the wee hours of the morning working on Bridesmaids Invitations! They took a lot of time to make and a lot of hard work but I am very pleased with the way that they came out. I hope that all of my beautiful ladies enjoy them!
