I had moved to Orlando from North Carolina to pursue my career as a professional dancer. But of course that doesn't pay all the bills so I picked up a job at Total Wine. One of my co-workers had gone out with one of Matt's roommates and met Matt. After she had talked with him, she came back and was talking to me about Matt. I said he sounded nice and she expressed how she thought we would be perfect for each other.  Matt and I met one day and the rest is history. 

I had just bought my first house to complete one of my goals to be moved out of my Dad's house before I turned 30! I was successful, and I started the year out with a bang and a nice drain to my bank accounts. It was a fixer upper to say the least, and with some great help from some great friends and family, we completed a ton of work on it in the first few months. During that time, one of my friends met Megan's co-worker and brought her over to my house where we grilled out. After having a long  conversation about not being able to meet a great girl, she said she knew someone that I might like. She introduced us and the rest is history.
