I still remember the first time that we met. The Enactus team was out at a community service engagement for less fortunate children and I noticed this really cute guy looking my way, smiling. I smiled back and that is when he “casually” came over and asked me my name. I could tell he was nervous but he tried to mask it - it was the cutest thing! I responded with "Elizeth" and he replied with "Elizabeth?" At which time I replied with no it's "Elizeth!" He just said "ookaaay" as he walked away.

I ended up giving the whole enactus team rides back to school and I dropped him off at his truck. Before he got out, we talked for a bit and he seemed really scared, almost like I was going to attack him. We ended up having a lot in common and there was an instant connection. After we exchanged numbers, he got out of my car very quickly and left.

As he got out, he had the BIGGEST smile on his face. That day was the beginning of something special!

I was at the Enactus event working with the underprivelidged kids. I saw this beautiful girl walk in the door and I knew there was something special about her. The way she held herself with confidence and her smile caught my attention. I wanted to play it cool so I acted like I was doing something important. No matter how hard I tried, I found myself staring in her direction. Then it happened. She smiled at me so I walked over and asked her what her name was. She said it's Elizeth. I did call her Elizabeth and she did get ticked off but oh well, I knew I had it in the bag.

She did give me a ride to my truck, however I don't remember being scared. I did feel as though she was going to attack me though. While talking I noticed that something was different about this girl from every other person I have ever met. I got her number and the deal was sealed. That’s how it all started.
