Goodness graceous, we cannot express how many ideas we have flung around back and fourth.  Our original plan was to visit our Motherlands (Germany and Italy) but the reality of having 3 dogs, 6 chickens, graduate school, and two full-time careers really puts things into perspective. Additionally, Adam was recently fortunate enough to land a promotion with Texas Parks and Wildlife.  His new Natural Resource Specialist position is stationed out of Port O'Connor, TX - about 3 hours north of Corpus Christi.  With a move looming in our near future, we decided to kick it old school and re-create one of our first camping adventures together.  We are headed to the Texas Hill Country to visit a few wineries, crash a couple breweries, and do a little hiking.  Looks like we may have even landed a private little honeymoon getaway in Perdernales Falls.
