We actually met more than once. The first time we met, was at Tony's. Timmy was singing karaoke, I was dancing with my girls anda mutual friend introduced the two of us. We were both seeing other people, and I don't think Timmy even remembered my name! We also had a class together at this time, and I remember Timmy sitting in the front row (sleeping), and I don't think he even noticed me then.

The second time we met, I was having a few people over and Timmy and some of his friends came over. I said hi and made very little conversation with him. The next day, my roommates and I were talking about the previous night and of course talking about the guys that were there. Timmy was mentioned and how great of a guy he is and I was interested! He started texting me, being so sweet, and finding ways to hang out, so I finally thought to myself- if this guy is trying this hard to be around me, it might actually be worth it, so I agreed to go on a date with him. He took me to Morgan's Grove Park and we got to know a lot about each other. I remember him telling me one of his favorite "romance" movies was THE BREAK UP because it was realistic compared to most movies....!!!! I thought to myself..is this guy for real?!

Turns out, he ended up being the sweetest guy! I missed him like crazy when he went to the beach that summer and wanted to be his "girlfriend" as soon as he back. He spoiled me with MANYYYY presents from the beach, and has spoiled me since!

I'll never forget waking up October 28, 2011, and Timmy offering to take me to my 8am class. After my class, he wanted to go for a walk at Morgan's Grove Park before the snow came that weekend.  We were walking around and I was freezing my butt off! As we were going around the path for the second time, we came to the little bridge. Timmy stopped me, told me how wonderful I am, told me how much he loved me, held my hands and kissed me, then I turned to walk away!!!! he said..."wait a minute"...took my hand again, kissed it, got down on one knee and said, "will you marry me?" I started jumping up and down screaming, fighting back tears, yes yes yes yes yess!!!!

My life is better than I could've imagined, I love Timmy with all my heart and I can NOT wait to marry him! 

When I first met Becca at Tony's I thought she was cute and had an amazing smile. In May of 2009 I was invited to her apartment for a get together with some friends. It wasn't until a couple weeks later when Monte approached me and said, "Becca thinks you're a good looking guy". It was then that I got her number and began texting her. I asked her out on a date and she said "yes" so we took a walk in Morgan's Grove Park. I will never forget what she was wearing- a cute yellow sun dress and denim jacket... she looked good.

I knew Becca was different because the first time I leaned in for a kiss, she turned me down. I said to myself,  "This girl must be out of her mind tuning down Timmy Thomas." A few months later (and some hard work) Becca kissed me at Tony's and it was the best kiss ever. Felt Perfect. A few weeks later, I left for the beach and missed her like crazy. I knew she was going to be with me for the long run because of how excited she was to see me when I got home. After only a few months I knew Becca and I had something special. We got along great and had a strong relationship. A year passed by, then two years, and in this past year we had attended so many weddings I got the itch and the courage to propose to Becca.

The day before I wanted to propose, I knew I had to ask Becca's dad for his permission to marry her. I was nervous the entire 4 hours I spent at her house talking to him, but when the right time came up, I asked him and he agreed. All the pressure was off. The next day Becca and I went back to Morgan's Grove Park for a walk. I waited for the perfect moment and I stopped her on the bridge, kissed her, and got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. She jumped up and down screaming and then said yes. 

Becca is my best friend and I can't wait to be married to her. I love her so much.
