They constantly joke about how things fell into place.  Both of them had crushes and both of them never thought in a million years they would end up together - especially at the point they're at now.  They both had significant others, life plans, and dogs.  Bri knew of Craig through mutual people for a couple years, but they finally met through D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes (what a wonderful place to fall in love).   They didn't see much of each other when Craig worked there as an intern, simply because he spent most of his time in the prep room while Bri worked in the office.  Craig left to work at another funeral home in December of 2014, the same time Bri graduated from college and would soon go full time.  They didn't really keep in contact and crushes subsided.  Craig came back to McCombs in 2015 shortly after Bri purchased her home and they began to hang out more due to mutual friends.  After both coming out of relationships relatively around the same time, they started to hang out more and become better friends.  Craig drove 3 hours on a whim to help Bri move some things back to Fort Wayne - and it really sealed the deal.  Shortly after, Bri moved in with Craig and things just fell into place - like they should.  They slowly met each other's family and everyone got along.  There were no hard feelings anywhere and everything just works.
