Transit Info:

The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO).  Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided, however we recommend renting a car as it's the easiest way to get around in Orlando.  

Accommodations:

We will be staying at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Downtown Orlando.  This will also be the pick-up and drop-off location for the wedding.  However, there are a variety of great places to stay throughout the Orlando area if you're planning on visiting attractions, so we've made a list of hotels to accommodate certain budgets/scenarios.

"Just In Town For The Wedding"

Stay somewhere downtown.  There will be transport to and from the wedding, and we're planning on hanging out here for the wedding "after party".  Bars are walking distance from most hotels.  To save, stay at the Comfort Suites Downtown or Sheraton Orlando Downtown Hotel.  To splurge, stay at the Grand Bohemian or EO Inn/Spa.

"Brought The Kids To Visit Mickey"

 If you plan on taking a trip to Disney World, it's worth it to stay in a Disney resort.  They are pricey, but come with several perks and the added bonus of "Disney Magic."  There are several resorts to choose from all of varying prices.  The Animal Kingdom Lodge (with savannah views) and Treehouse Villas at the Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are pricey, but pretty spectacular.

"No Kids But Still Want to Have Fun/I'm A Big Kid"

Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure are great fun for older kids and adults.  There are three fantastic hotels there which are all wonderful, and a great value with good perks: The Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, the Hard Rock Hotel, and the Royal Pacific Resort.
