The most romantic day of our lives was when Nic proposed. I knew something was up when Nics' Dad and Step-Mom came in from Omaha. Traditionally half-way through each boil Nic makes a toast and opens a champagne bottle with a saber. After he made the toast he continued on with his speech by getting down on one knee then put a beautiful family heirloom ring on my finger.  It was great to share such a special moment with all our family and friends.
