UPDATE: We are still planning on getting married on September 5th in Cathedral Park. The guest list has been significantly downsized to only our close family, maid of honor, and best man -- less than 20 people total. If things should change due to the COVID situation and we have to downsize further, we will let guests know.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place in beautiful Cathedral Park, on the staircase, on September 5, 2020. This date has a lot of meaning to Colleen as her grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents were all married on this same day in 1942, 1915, and 1877 respectively. With September 5 falling on a Saturday this year and 2020 being the year in which her Nana would have turned 100 years-old, this is the perfect date for the happy couple.

You will find the entrance to the staircase at Cathedral Park at the intersection of North Philadelphia Street and North Edison Street in Portland. There is a small parking area here under the bridge as well as lots of street parking in the area. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. Afterwards, we will have a potluck with some music in the park to celebrate with our family. See the Reception page for more information.
