We will be having a precruise reception at the Best Western Cocoa Beach from 6 to 9 pm on Friday June 12, 2020, by the suite tower pool (closest to the pier). Bring your towel and swim suit. We plan on having pizza and cold drinks (BYOB).

We need some sort of head count so we know how much pizza we need to get.. 

We are working with Cocoa Beach Shuttle to shuttle us to the port and the return trip back to the hotel (for those who are cruising).

At this point we are looking at less than $13.00 per person round trip. Once we have final head count we will call CBS and book the shuttle.. We will need to pay this upfront when booked so we will need funds when we book it.. If you choose to park at port it is $20 per day. ($140 for the week).

The shuttle will pick us up between 9:30 and 9:45 and have us to port at the appropriate time.  

If you plan on parking at port, everyone must be checked in and in the port lobby by 10:15 am... 

All guest sailing and non sailing must be at the port and checked in by 10:15. for those not sailing you will need a govt issued photo ID for those 14 and older. Security will hold ID for those not sailing until you disembark after the ceremony.

Once we have the place of the ceremony and the wedding day itinerary we will post it here, the facebook page and email everyone who we have email address for.
