Instructions for the BIG Day! 

When: Fenruary 17th, 2019

Where: Port of Miami, Carnival Horizon's Cruise Ship

Time: 10am

• Arrival: ALL Guests attending the Ceremony MUST be at the port and ready to enter Priority Boarding at 10am. Carnival Boarding Procedures states as follows: Any non-sailing guest arriving after 10am may be unable to board the ship on time for the ceremony, should expect lenthgy delays or maybe subject to denided boarding. Carnival and it's Wedding Vendors will not be responsible in assisting late arrivals after priority boarding begins. 
  • WE CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS THAT ALL GUESTS ARRIVE ON TIME, TO ENSURE PRIORITY BOARDING AND ALLOW AMPLE TIME TO PREPARE FOR THE CEREMONY.
• Required ID: All Non-Sailing guests will need to provide photo identification, such as a Driver's License or Passport.
• Gifts: Due to US Customs regulations all wedding gifts are subject to duty fees. Please see Gift Registry tab for additional information.
• Only guests that RSVP will be able to board. If you are not on the list of RSVP quests, you will not be able to enter as Carnival policy only allows those on a pre-registered list to enter the ship.
